Amila truly was incredible. One of the best holidays we've ever had. The service, the food and facilities were perfect. We couldn't have wanted more.

4. What was the highlight or highlights of the trip?
Amilla is truly a destination for relaxing. Nothing beats sipping cocktails by the pool, taking a stroll on the beach, sunset dining and staring up at the stary night sky.
The most fun was jumping right off our villa right into the turquoise blue Indian ocean below. You could seriously snorkel here for hours, and The Blue Hole is incredible.

We're always up for trying something new, so we took a class and learnt how to make Kombucha. It was surprisingly tasty.
5. Your recommendations or must do for other travellers?
The Fire Dancing show at Amilla was an awesome night of entertainment. The resort often has special shows and experiences on for their guests.

Make sure you indulge in some self-care with a massage or spa treatment at Javvu Spa.
Or head out on an excursion to Hanifaru Bay a world-renowned site within Baa Atoll UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve, where you can snorkel with green turtles, reef sharks and rays.
